Taking Frozen Meals to A Whole New Level With Michelina’s

This post brought to you by Michelina’s. All opinions are 100% mine.

Now that the kids are back in school and new afternoon activities have started I’m struggling to get back into a routine. Lunches and dinners seem more hectic then ever. Summer was laid back and I had time to plan/prep lunches and dinners but the past two weeks I’ve been scrambling around trying to make quick last minute meals. Make It Your Michelina’s has a number of meal ideas that you can make in 10 minutes or less, a huge time savor for our busiest days.

Chicken Parmesan Bites

Simply heat up a Michelina’s Lean Gourmet®, add in a few fresh ingredients and you have a whole new take on frozen meals in just a few minutes. Chicken and spaghetti are two favorite foods in our house and with the help of Michelina’s Pop’n Chicken and Michelina’s Spaghetti Marinara I can make Chicken Parmesan Bites in less then 10 minutes. It just takes a few minutes to heat up both of the entrées, scoop the Michelina’s Spaghetti Marinara on top of the Michelina’s Pop’n Chicken, top with a little fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Lettuce Wraps

How about Lettuce Wraps made with Michelina’s Chicken Fried Rice, fresh lettuce, soy sauce, or if you’d like to add a little spice, Sriracha Sauce? I have made frozen meals in the past but I’ve never thought about adding fresh ingredients to change them up a little bit.

Here are a few more ways to Make It Your Michelina’s:

  1. Authentico Fettuchini Alfredo with Mozzarella Bruschetta
  2. Penne with White Chicken and Broccol
  3. Taco Bowls

Whether your looking for a quick meal for at home, or tired of the same old lunch at work, pick up Michelina’s Lean Gourmet® at your local grocery store and “Make It Your Michelina’s”.

  1. This is new to me too! I’ve had frozen meals, including Michelinas a lot more often a few years ago, but I have never thought about mixing the meals with other ingredients to make a unique larger meal. I used to enjoy Michelinas but I haven’t seen them at the grocery stores near me, so maybe I’ve moved from an area that sells them locally. The lettuce wraps with rice sounds like a great meal idea! I would add Sriracha sauce as well, since I like a bit of spice! I’ll have to keep looking for Michelinas in the frozen aisle. Thanks for sharing the ideas!

  2. I don’t ever buy frozen meals but those lettuce wraps look delicious and they’d be quick with the frozen meal convenience!
