Monstrous Fun With Monsters University Jell-O Snacks

To help celebrate the release of Monsters University in theaters tomorrow June 21st, the boys and I decided to make Monsters Inc Jell-O Jigglers. We made Mike Wazowski Jell-O and also single serve cups filled with blue and purple Jell-O just like the colors of Sully.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients

  

• 1/2 cup cold Monsters University Juicy Juice
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 2 pkgs Jell-O Mix
• Marshmallows & chocolate chips
• 1 packet KNOX optional - makes jello thicker

Method

 

1. Boil water
2. Stir together cold juice, KNOX and Jell-O mix
3. Add in boiling water - stir for 2 minutes
4. Pour into 9x9 pan
5. Refrigerate 3+ hours
6. Cut into bite sized pieces & serve

1. Use oval cookie cutter shape to form body, for teeth and eyes cut up marshmallows and added a chocolate chip on top
