My mother made something very similar years ago for my birthday and they were a huge hit. I was reminded of them this past winter when she surprised me with a new baking accessory, the Ice Cream Cone Cupcake Baking Rack which make for quick and easy Cupcake Cones.

Unlike a typical cupcake where kids get their hands and clothes covered in frosting, these red, white, and blue ice cream cone cupcakes s are a fun and mess free way to serve cupcakes, and there’s no cupcake wrappers to pick up.
