Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups bell pepper
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz orange juice concentrate

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in freezer bag. Seal bag and place in freezer. Thaw over night in fridge. Cook in crock pot on low 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.

    I have tried the better of the 10 meals and love the sausage and peppers, Apple BBQ Pork. Also made the Nacho Chicken very good. I have 3 children 12 to 17 and all play sports. Makes dinner so much easier!! Thanks

  3. My mom taught me to double the time and minus 1-2 hours 4 hours on hi = 6-7 hours on low This works well
