Crock-Pot Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots
- 2 cups bell pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 oz orange juice concentrate
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in freezer bag. Seal bag and place in freezer. Thaw over night in fridge. Cook in crock pot on low 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.


I love your freezer system for crock pot recipes. I’m totally adopting it to make life easier now that school has started up again.
I love this recipe, I have been looking to do a bunch of crock pot freezer meals now that our kids are getting very active in after school activities. Thanks for the post.
Has anyone tried this cooking for 8-10 hours? I leave for work at 6:30 am and am not home until 4:30. My crockpot does automatically switch to warm but I wasn’t sure if the longer cook time would be a problem.
Kari P- my crockpot doesnt switch to low either, I bought a cheap timer at Bed bath and beyond, or wal mart, and can set the time for 6 hours or 8. I too am gone for 9 hours or better depending on lacroose practices! The timer shuts off the crock pot and it remains nice and hot when we arrive.
