Crock-Pot Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots
- 2 cups bell pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 oz orange juice concentrate
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in freezer bag. Seal bag and place in freezer. Thaw over night in fridge. Cook in crock pot on low 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.


I will have to try your method of putting the meals together and freezing them……..it would be so much more convenient!
I have tried the better of the 10 meals and love the sausage and peppers, Apple BBQ Pork. Also made the Nacho Chicken very good. I have 3 children 12 to 17 and all play sports. Makes dinner so much easier!! Thanks
My mom taught me to double the time and minus 1-2 hours 4 hours on hi = 6-7 hours on low This works well
I’m concerned about putting Raw chicken or pork into a bag with other things does anyone have a problem with this
