Growing up, I always dreamed of having a dog, but due to allergies we were unable to have one in the house. As years went on my allergies improved and once I moved out of my parents house and got married, I adopted not only one, but two dogs. It’s hard to believe that we visited the SPCA 8 1/2 years ago to adopt our dogs, who are now almost 9 1/2 and 10 1/2. Charlie & Kasie have brought so much joy to our family, and this week we are celebrating with them in honor of National Dog Week.

- Adoption – Don’t have a dog? Visit your local shelter, or SPCA. Every dog deserves a forever home.
