T-fal Clipso and Zabada Kitchen Handy #Giveaway
While I enjoy cooking and baking, I’m always on the lookout for new products to make mealtime and cleanup easier. There are some meals that I would enjoy for dinner, but certain days I just don’t have time between work and sports so we often revert back to the same quick meals over and over. The T-fal Clipso:
The T-fal Clipso is a 6.3 QT. stainless steel pressure cooker that features a one-hand system that makes the lid easy to open and close. It’s steam release valve controls steam release for added safety and the stainless steel construction is dishwasher safe. The T-fal Clipso includes a steam basket, stand and recipe booklet filled with a number of appetizer and meal recipes, including Butternut Squash Risotto that we enjoyed for dinner last night. I have been wanting to make butternut squash risotto for over a year now after I enjoyed it at a restaurant but I never got around to making it myself until this past week. I always imagined it being time consuming but with the T-fal Clipso I can just combine all the ingredients and minutes later it is ready to be served. The butternut squash risotto was such a big hit, that we will be making it as a side for Christmas dinner.
This was my first time cooking with a pressure cooker, and it certainly won’t be my last. I simply combined all of the ingredients in the Clipso, and once the pressure cooker started to steam, the butternut squash was ready in 7 minutes. There were a number of recipes included with the T-fal Clipso that we are looking forward to trying, many of them are one pot meals that can be cooked in 15 minutes or less. A one pot meal, cooked in a fraction of the time, with minimal cleanup, my kind of meal!
