I used to always hate having my wavy curly hair, so for the past 5 years I have been straightening it every day. Now that I’m older I miss my curly hair and some days I get tired of the flat look so I was excited when Karmin sent me their Karmin G3 Salon Pro Clipless Curling Iron to try out. One main difference between the Karmin G3 Salon Pro Clipless Curling Iron and my old curling iron, is that it is clipless. The clipless feature took a little bit to get used to and I highly recommend picking up a pair of heat resistance gloves, unless you like sporting the burned knuckles, ouch.

Once I picked up a heat resistance glove from our local beauty store I was ready to go, once plugged in and turned on the curling iron heated up quickly. I was surprised at how easy my hair turned from straight to curls and waves effortlessly. Instead of spending an hour in bathroom trying to curl my hair in the morning, I can now get it done within 15-20 minutes. I prefer the loose curl / wavy look and the curls hold up great, and by the next morning they are still in place. It’s nice not ripping out small strands of hair when they get stuck in the clip, since the Karmin is clipless. A heat mat is also included in the Karmin G3 Salon Pro Clipless Curling Iron which comes in handy and prevents the counters from getting burned.
