Brunch plans have already been made, decorations have already been hung, Easter Eggs have been decorated, the grocery shopping list is complete, now the only thing left is to prep the Easter baskets. Year after year I always struggle with the Easter Baskets and I always complete them last minute. PEEPS and Jelly beans are always a must have, but other than that tradition I try to limit the amount of sweets and choose a few small activities or toys.
