I’ve never done ribs in a crock pot – I bet they come out pretty good

  2. Wendy says:

These were really good! So tender and flavorful. And so simple since this was one of my freezer meals for the month. Thanks!

these are great ideas as my husband has to pick up our kids at two different locations after working 10 hours (waking up at 5am) and I could throw these into the crock pot before I leave in morning for him! My one question is do they marinate in frig for a while before placing in freezer?

  4. Jacqui says:

I would add garlic and tomato soup and some spices I think
they sound great we tried another persons 8 meals and they were bland kids didn’t even like them

Sounds great ! I would think that if they did marinade in the fridge overnight before freezing, they would be more flavorful.

I love this idea. I prepared lasagne, cooked it, cut it into serving size pieces, and it was wonderful to have it always ready other than thawing out and warming. Same thing with homemade veggie soup and home made creole chili. My husband wants me to do this with chicken and rice, but I think the rice might be kind of yucky. Some things just can’t be frozen and be the same.

Thanks for posting all of these great recipes. I know my son will like to have some of these.
