Ingredients

  • 5-6 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeƱo pepper chopped, remove seeds for a mild taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, mix the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover & refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
