Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. (Tip: save time by using an electric mixer)
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, stir together
In a separate bowl mix egg yolks, milk, and butter.
Add wet and dry ingredients together, stir until combined
Fold the egg whites in the batter
Allow the batter rest for at least 5 minutes.
Bake in preheated waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
Once golden brown, top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Fold over half of the waffle to make a sandwich and close. Allow to bake just long enough to melt the marshmallows and chocolate chips, about 30-60 seconds).
