Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, mix all wet ingredients (bananas, applesauce, vanilla, milk, egg). In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients (flour, oatmeal cereal, baking powder, salt).
Combine wet & dry ingredients & mix until moist.
Gently fold in strawberries and blueberries.
Spoon into cupcake pan.
Bake until light golden on top, about 16-20 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
