No Bake Energy Bites
Ingredients
1 1/2
cup
old-fashioned oats
2/3
cup
peanut butter
1/4
cup
ground flax seeds
1/4
cup
mini M&Ms
or semisweet chocolate chips
1/4
cup
sunflower seeds
1/3
cup
honey
1
tsp
vanilla extract.
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to harden.
Once chilled, take a tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a ball. (or use a cookie scoop)
Store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerated for up to 1 week, or longer in the freezer.
