Me myself have never used one but I remember when I was a kid my grandma would use the old fashioned one which to me at that time looked kind of dangerous lol. This one looks a lot safer!

I have never used a pressure cooker, but it sounds like it would be just great to make a pot roast in. I currently use a slow cooker and find this method lacking for this dish.

No, I have never used one ~ but my grandmother had one (an ancient looking relic) and she used it all the time. When she opened it and the steam came pouring out like lava it scared me so much, I’d run out of the room and hide. To this day I am still scared of them ~ even though I know they are much safer now and also an excellent and healthy way to cook!
