We have a routine of washing our hands as soon as we walk in the door from being out and about. We always use the cart wipes when they are available at the store on the way in and on the way out!

I try to keep the house clean and make sure they get fresh air. They also take vitamins and have a goodles sleep schedule.

We wash our hands alot during cold and flu season. If we go to the store we use the wipes to wipe the cart down and wash hands when we get home.

Drinking lime juice.Always have them wash there hands and keep a can of Lysol spray to spray down and try killing germs before they get sick and after.
