I live alone and cook for one. I make the full recipe and then freeze individual meals in quart freezer bags. For myself I found out one bag makes 2 servings. I make and freeze many things so I have a variety of different foods. I freeze the following items Chili, Vegetable, beans and ham soup. I make and freeze meat loaf in large muffin tins (after they cook I pop them out and freeze twice baked potatoes and stuffed peppers. These are just a few of the foods I freeze. My kids, grandchildren, and friends like to come over just to get home cooking. I also freeze healthy desserts. When some of the elderly at church get sick or get out of the hospital I take several "heat and eat" healthy meals. I have a friend who has made cooking for people a business, they call her place an order and she fixes the food for them and charges them accordingly. Fixing and freezing give you healthy food that isn't processed. I spend 2 or 3 days about every 3 months stocking my freezer.

I am wanting to make the Thai Peanut Chicken recipe and it calls for 4 boneless chicken breasts. Ok, is that WHOLE chicken breasts of chicken breast HALVES? I am actually using chicken tenders and it would be helpful to know how many lbs of chicken instead of size of pieces. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!!
