Oh that looks so nice and easy and good! We love sweet and sour chicken, but the recipe I make takes a couple hours. 🙁 I am going to have to give this a try! Perfect for busy nights! My quick and easy are usually with store bought items…like I will cook the chicken in the oven, and then make the boxed already noodles and just add the chicken. I need more like your sweet and sour that is a good more homecooked meals for those busy nights!

My quick easy meal is chicken broccoli alfredo. When I put the pasta in to boil I also add the broccoli so I just have them cook at the same time. I make my alfredo sauce while that is boiling. Spring is the only time my kids take a break from sports.
