I printed out grocery list. Set off to purchase food. The last two month I have made these all up. I am celiac so I replaced all flour with corn starch, used LA Choy stir fry teriyaki sauce for soy sauce,and other little tweeks. We love this! Exhausting doing the shopping and meals all in one evening , but, well worth it! Please repost your shopping list for those who might have missed. Thank you!

Is there any reason why I couldn’t double bag these meals? First in a slow cooker bag, then slip into a gallon size zippered freezer bag? When using put thawed slow cooker bag into the slow cooker for heating. When done eating all the goodness, just discard the cooking bag? Much easier clean-up!
