I am not a big yogurt eater, but this yogurt looks so delicious because it is tiramisu flavored. I will have to look for it next time I am in the store!

I so love your idea of using a empty mint tin, like a altoid mint tin would be perfect for this, as storing snacks, perfect for when you get a little hungry when at the grocery store. Love this!

How lucky that you were able to meet with a nutritionist. I haven’t tried that yogurt yet, but I love yogurt, so if I see it I will buy it.
