I LOVE this recipe! I accidently forgot to dip it in egg the 2nd time I made it, and since we couldn’t tell a difference have eliminated that step. (one less dish to wash) Love your website, I got here from someone else’s blog.

About 1/2 way through, I threw in some diced red and yellow pepper and they turned out perfect. I would also suggest doubling the sauce as you want your rice sopped with it! Very good and definitely a do-over!
