Thai Basil Vegetable Dumplings Stir Fry

This one pan vegetarian dumplings stir fry recipe is on the table in less than 20 minutes.

What you’ll need to make this Vegan Recipe:

  • 1 pkg Nasoya Vegan Dumplings
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 water
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil

How to make a Vegetarian Dumplings Stir Fry:

In a medium size bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat two tablespoons of oil over medium- high.

Nasoya Vegetarian Dumplings

Add the vegan dumplings, pan fry for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Add 1/4 cup water and immediately cover. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the water evaporates. Set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet

Add broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp tender.

Vegan Stir Fry With Dumplings

Add the Thai basil vegetable dumplings back into the skillet.

Whisk stir fry sauce and pour over dumplings and vegetables, stir gently to combine.
