This year for Christmas I was trying to choose a few decorative items for the boys, not just toys and clothes, but decorations for their rooms. Tyler is a huge fan of Mickey so when I spotted the Jim Shore Disney Traditions Sorcerer Mickey Figurine at Coppin’s Hallmark Gifts I knew it would be perfect to display on his dresser. A few years ago I purchased a Jim Shore Dopey figurine for my mother for Christmas that she happily displays in her glass cabinet, her figurine is colorful & attractive and I can’t wait to see Tyler’s face when he opened up his Mickey on Christmas morning.

I took the Disney Traditions Sorcerer Mickey Figurine out of the box for a sneak peak, and to make sure that everything was intact before I wrapped it to put under the three. It was carefully packaged and came out flawless, the color and detail exceeded my expectations. The Jim Shore Heartwood Creek figurine is beautiful. I was a little skeptical with the wand and being easily broken if Tyler did get a hold of it but the wand is anything but flimsy, it is strong and hard, and although I don’t recommended it, you can hold the figurine by the wand, which shows how durable it really is.
The Disney Traditions Sorcerer Mickey Figurine by Jim Shore is priced at only $18.00, which compared to similar figurines is a great price, especially since it will be placed in my son’s room.
