With summer just around the corner and the days starting to warm up, outside toys and pools are starting to appear. I can remember playing in our backyard for hours in the pool with dolls pretending to make them swim. The Lalaloopsy Sew Magical Mermaid Doll can be used in or out of the water, when she’s ready to be a mermaid you can put her in her mermaid tail, or if she’s ready to play on the beach you can change her into her bright pink polka dotted bathing suit. My niece had a hard time getting the mermaid tail off, she had to maneuver the straps around the arms, but with a little adult help she was able to be changed, putting the bathing suit on may also may require a little adult help as it needs to be tied on . The best feature of the Sew Magical Mermaid is that when she is placed into the water her hair turns colors. When Coral Sea Shells is exhausted from water play she needs to be placed sitting up so that water is able to drain from the small hole in the bottom of her head.
