Last October when we lost power for 4+ days my husband and I tried to find activities to keep the boys busy. My husband decided to make indoor tents out of sheets for the kids to play in, and ever since they have been hooked on building tents. It was easy to put together and we had the clubhouse up and ready in about 15 minutes.The clubhouse is bigger then I imagined and there is plenty of room for my 2 and 4 year old to hang out. The pieces to the Clubhouse are very durable and it is a lot sturdier when assembled then I thought it would be. Little Man loves to throw a sheet on top and have the inside a complete secret from mom and dad.
The TikeStix also includes directions on how to make a garage for trucks and a plane, but those are not the only things you can make, the possibilities are endless. All of the pieces interlock together easily and your child can use their imagination to make almost anything. Everyday Little Man is coming up with something new to make, last night he was all excited about a dinosaur that he made, and the night before that he made a sea plane. The red pieces remind Baby Boy of wrenches and he loves to use one piece to “fix” the others.
