Our local mall has a place called Shot-Cakes! Their cupcakes filled with a shot of ice cream are so addicting and delicious! I love their Cookie Dough Cupcake with a shot of vanilla ice cream!

We do this at home! I love making brownies in cupcake cups for this very reason.. Looks like someone had the same idea for a store.
