The 10 1/4" Nonstick Saute Pan has been great for my scrambled eggs, grilled cheeses, sauteing vegetables, and cooking hamburger and chicken strips. The white coating makes it easier to tell how cooked/brown the food is, and it makes it easier not to over cook . The curved non slip handle makes maneuvering the pan easy and I don't have to worry about getting burned. The stain resistant nonstick pan is a breeze to clean, I hate having to wash dishes after cooking, so the nonstick coating is great, no more having to scrub pans.
