Today marks 5 weeks of being on Nutrisystem, and another week of weight loss! I didn’t make my goal of 10 lbs this week but I came pretty close, 9.8 lbs! This was a very long week with our unexpected trip to Vermont, and with a couple days of being partly off of Nutrisystem due to the unexpected trip. I was scared that I would have a gain this week but to my surprise I am down another 1. 6 lbs!
We went out to eat a few times while we were in Vermont, but I was able to chose healthier options and chose salads over appetizers, thanks to Nutrisystem. Nutrisystem makes me feel great about myself, I have so much energy now, and the ability to say no to “bad” food, I don’t even think twice about wanting a salad for lunch. I am now able to choose salads and healthier foods when we go out to eat, before Nutrisystem I would always order an appetizer, usually fried mozzarella, or onion rings, and usually an unhealthy entree.
I received my second month of food this week and I cannot wait to try the peanut butter & jelly lunch, I have been craving peanut butter and jelly for a while now. I received my pantry ready options and frozen foods all the same day so my cabinets and freezer are completely full. I’ll be posting a video very shortly of all of the different foods that I have been eating, there are a lot. It is so hard to choose what I want for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there is such a variety to choose from.
Week 1: -2.8 lbs
Week 2: – 2.6 lbs
Week 3: -1.2 lbs
Week 4: -1.6 lbs
Total: 9.8 lbs!
