Today marks 1 month of being on Nutryisystem and I am very happy with the results, to date I have lost 8.2 lbs! And this week I got to go one spot smaller in my belt, my pants are feeling bigger and bigger, I can’t wait to drop down a complete size! I am beyond excited. I have been trying to loose this extra weight since I had Baby Boy 13 months ago, and to loose 8.2 lbs in just one month feels great. I have a goal to make it to the 10 lb mark for my next weigh in so I am really hoping to loose 1.8 lbs this coming week. This week has been pretty good besides the whole family being sick, we are finally feeling better so I am hoping to be able to go on a few neighborhood walks this week and also to make it to the gym a few times.

Stay on the lookout for a video! As soon as I receive my next shipment (any day now) I will be showing off all of the Nutrisystem breakfast, lunches, dinners, and snacks that I have been eating for the past month and will continue to eat for the next few months.

Week 1: -2.8 lbs
Week 2: – 2.6 lbs
Week 3: -1.2 lbs
Week 4: -1.6 lbs
Total: 8.2 lbs!

    Fantastic, your losing right on schedule with healthy weight lose! If it belly fat you are looking to lose keep in mind sugar is the belly fat culprit. Their stuffed shells look delish not like any diet food I eat but I am going for a lot of belly fat lose without the ability for much exercise, every little thing figured in does make a difference! Gladys P
