  • Penny says:

We are helping our godson learn how to manage his money, and we use an envelope system for dividing up his money into the categories he needs to pay. It is interesting to see his face as he finds out how little “spending money” he has left!

I have to chuckle as I sit sipping a cup of coffee as I watch him sort his money out, put it into the envelopes and return them to the jar we keep the envelopes in.
