Being from New England originally and living on the coast my whole life I love sea food, especially shrimp. Shrimp and seafood are part of a healthy diet if eaten twice per week and there are easy ways to prepare them. I recently received a Free Product coupon from Sea Pack to try out one of their products. Sea Pack produces frozen fish and seafood including Butterfly Shrimp - Oven Crispy, Coconut Shrimp, and  Tilapia Tenders . While shopping at the commissary I stopped by the freezer section to check out the Sea Pack products. There were so many products that looked delicious and after staring in the freezer for a few minutes I finally decided on the Shrimp Tossers.

Sea Pak- Shrimp Tossers: I made a recipe on the back of the Sea Pak box. You mix scrambled eggs, peas, carrots, rice and soy sauce with the Shrimp Tossers. You are also supposed to add the sauce that comes with the Shrimp Tossers my sister was visiting and I was afraid she would not like the sauce so I didn't mix it into the main dish. I did however mix it in with the food in my bowl and I really like it.


I do not usually buy frozen seafood but this was a good experience for a low price, I really enjoyed it.
