My Experience: These Fiber Gummies are great if you have trouble getting your child to eat enough veggies and fruits and other fiber-rich food. Little Man is usually pretty good about eating what we put on the table but some nights he wants nothing to do with it, I love how I am able to give him a gummie to supplement the fiber that he missed out on during a meal.

I love how I am able to give him something healthy that he enjoys. If I was to give him a regular Fiber Tablet he would never eat it but because these are Gummies and look "cool" like his fruit snacks he chews them right up and wants more. I sometimes use these as rewards in the morning and at night for going pee on his potty.
