Little Man loves story time and movie time and I love being able to pick out age appropriate books and DVDs for him. I recently came across Little One Books. Little One Books was founded by Barney Cohen and Joan McCoy, they are lovable grandparents who specialize in quality books, music, and video, for children birth through age five, they personally review and select each and every item in their store.

Little One Books had a great selection of Children's Books, Music, and Videos. Their site is very easy to navigate, and they have a list of categories on the left sidebar, you can choose an age between 0-5 years old and you can also choose if you want a Book, CD, or DVD.

We have not bought Little Man a new DVD in awhile so I decided to let him pick one out. As we were going through the list of movies he kept saying "Wow Wow" I didn't even realize he knew who Wow Wow Wubbzy was. He kept wanting to go back to the page that had the picture of "Wow Wow"  so we decided on "Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!: A Tale of Tails."

Little Man was the happiest Little Boy when I let him open the package, his face lit up and he brought the DVD right to his TV and asked to watch "Wow Wow." He could watch this movie all day long if I let him.

Wubbzy is an infectiously lovable cartoon character with a kooky crooked tail that lives in a world of unusual looking animal characters, pink and purple trees, and buildings with zig-zaggy walls.

Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!: A Tale of Tails" is a very cute DVD. This DVD has 6 short episodes with a variety of lessons that help to prepare your child for situations they might encounter in Preschool or other social settings. In the episode Special Delivery," Wubbzy teaches children to look but not touch things that do not belong to them after he opens a package that is addressed to a friend.

I like how the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! series teaches children about friendship, liking oneself, helping others, truthfulness, self-restraint, and taking responsibility for one's actions. Children are attracted to the colorful characters and the catchy songs.
